Do Not Call Policy and Procedure

Last updated: August 9, 2026

To stop calls or texts from us: email dnc@caloffers.com or message @caloffers with the phone number you want added to our internal Do Not Call list. We process requests promptly and in any case within 10 business days, and the number stays on the list permanently.

1. Our commitment

CalOffers maintains an internal Do Not Call ("DNC") list and honors the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state registries. We train our staff on these procedures and keep records of DNC requests as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Telemarketing Sales Rule.

2. How we contact consumers

We contact homeowners who have responded to our advertising and asked us to reach them about selling their property. We identify ourselves at the start of the call, state the purpose of the call, and provide a contact address on request. We call only during permitted hours (8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. in the consumer's local time).

3. Call recording

California is a two-party consent state. Where calls are recorded, we disclose the recording at the start of the call and obtain consent to continue.

4. Text messages

We send SMS only to consumers who provided their number to us and agreed to be contacted, including a one-time verification message. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further texts. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Buyers who purchase leads

Investors who purchase leads on our marketplace are independent businesses, not our agents or employees. Under our Terms of Service they are contractually required to comply with the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, state calling and recording laws, and to maintain their own internal DNC list.

If a specific investor contacted you and you want them to stop, tell them directly — they must honor your request. You may also notify us at dnc@caloffers.com and we will add you to our internal list, pass the request to the buyer, and stop any further sale of your information. To also delete your information, see Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.

6. Complaints

Send complaints to dnc@caloffers.com. We investigate and respond in writing. You may also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at donotcall.gov or with the California Attorney General.
